Big "C" Hike Rescheduled! (Thurs. Sept. 23)

Due to schedule conflicts, we had to postpone our very first Big C Hike, so if you weren’t able to make it to the original date, make sure to pencil this new date in (THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 23rd) and come out!!

Begin your weekend with some FUN! If you didn’t know, the Big C is literally a big block that’s shaped as a letter “C” located on the Berkeley hills near campus. At the top, you’ll be able to see a GORGEOUS VIEW of the city an...d campus! Hiking up to the Big C is a UC Berkeley tradition so you don’t want to miss out. We’ll be leaving at 6:10pm sharp to make it on time to watch the beautiful sunset! It’s a short hike and a great mini workout, as well as a great opportunity to bond with your
fellow COSA peers. ☺

Breakdown of event:
What: BIG C HIKE!
Why: -Because it’s a MUST-DO tradition in Berkeley!
-To see a GORGEOUS view of the city & campus!
-To catch an amazing view of the beautiful SUNSET!
-good *mini* WORK OUT! ;)
-To bond with your fellow COSA peers!
When: Thursday, September 23rd at 6pm (*We'll be back by 8:30pm at the latest)
Where to meet: Sproul Fountain
What to wear: Comfortable casual clothes to hike in + a jacket!
What to bring: Yourself and friends!

Hey scholars! We are holding our first ever Big C Hike!!! If you didn’t know, the Big C is literally a big block that’s shaped as a letter “C” located on the Berkeley hills near campus. At the top, you’ll be able to see a gorgeous view of campus and the city. It’s a hike but it’s a great mini workout, as well as a great opportunity to bond with your fellow COSA scholars!

When: Wednesday Sept. 15 from approx. 6:00-8:30

Where to meet: At Sproul Fountain (located near Sproul Hall and the Cal student store)

What to wear: Comfortable casual clothes that you can hike in, as well as a sweater for it might get chilly at the top! (*We will be providing water bottles*)

What to bring: Yourself, friends, and an open mind!
